User Setting Gone after Scan

I just purchased Spyware Doctor 2008 from the local Best Buy yesterday. I installed it last night with no issues, this morning I ran a scan, it found a dozen issues it cleaned them then I went to work. When I restarted the system all my personal user settings were gone!!! My documents, my favorites, my everything..... needless to say I am not pleased, fortunately a system restore from Saturday brought everything back.

Does anyone have any ideas what happed? I dont dare reinstall this product unless I can find something that makes sense.

I haven't come across this report before. We'll need to investigate this further. Could you please run a scan and do NOT fix once the scan has finished. Click on cancel and send us the history files. We will need to see what SD is detecting.
