All windows shutdown from Filterlsp.dll

was wondering if someone knew about this particular problem, when i use hikack this to look ay my log this filterlsp is always associated with spyware doctor here are some pictures of my problem
thanks...I have tried cleaning with every spyware cleaner and virus cleaner i have put this keeps showing up

Please download LSP-Fix from the following link and save it to your desktop.
LSP-Fix Download Link (http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/files/lspfix.php)
Run LSPFix.exe and let it remove the offending LSPs.
Reboot your computer once it is complete.

thank you for the suggestion, I saw the filterlsp.dll, deleated it and so far so good, thanks again
