abig proplem with internet explorer

I have a big problem with internet explorer that i can't open it because there is a message show it to me when i am clicking on it.

no dll name specified
usage: regsvr32 [/u][/s][/n] [/i[:cmdline]] dllname


please there is any one will help me

1. What Windows Operating system and version of Internet explorer are you using ?

2. Has Internet Explorer been working ok before ?

3. When did it start giving this error ?

4. Have you made any recent changes, added any new software or taken any Microsoft updates that may have caused this problem.

5. Have you a restore point prior to the problem occuring that you could use.

6. Have you cleared your Temporary Internet Files.

1. What happens if you start MSIE in another method?
Assuming a standard W-XP installation, click Start -> Run -> type "C:\Program Files\Internet Explorer\iexplore.exe" and press Enter.

2. Empty the C:\WINDOWS\Prefetch folder (%SystemRoot%\Prefetch folder, strictly speaking).
