listed in one of the forums someone mentioned that you have pre-customized versions of IE 5.5 with a custom (loading) logo in the top right corner of the browser. You probably aren't creating the animated" bitmap correctly.
Download this program called ResHacker:

and look at bitmap 304 (which is 38 x 1558, 305 (which is 26 x 1066, and 306 (which is 22 x 902)
Create your own based on these.

Does anyone have the original IE 3.0 or 4.0 Logos? I'd much rather look at the E that turns into a glob then a MS symbol that dominates the world!
