I have two new notebooks with the following specs:

System
15.4" 1280x800 - nVidia GeForce Go 8600 GT 512MB

Processor
Dual-Core Intel® Core™ 2 Duo T7500 2.20GHz 800FSB 4MB Cache

Memory
2 x 2GB PC5300 667MHz DDR2 SODIMM

Optical Drive
DVD-RW Optical Drive

Hard Drive(s)
120GB 7200RPM Serial ATA Notebook Drive

Mini-PCIe Expansion Card
Intel® PRO/Wireless 3945ABG Network Adapter

Operating System
Vista Ultimate

Everything is fine except one problem. When you can't access the wireless access point because you unplug it or because your remove the ip address from the connection properties, the os locks up. I have the latest drives from Intel. When you can connect to the access point everythin is fine.

As a test to verify, I unplug the access point and both notebooks locked up. Is it a card or software problem?

Thanks
