Hello:
I have been fighting a problem for quite some time, where the ProxyEnable and Proxy settings keep coming back after I clear them from the Registry.
Under HKEY_USERS\.DEFAULT\Software\Microsoft\Windows\Cur rentVersion\Internet Settings
The ProxyEnable gets set to "1", the ProxyOverride is set to settings from a previous version of Cisco VPN Client that I once had, and ProxyServer as well.
I have uninstalled Cisco a few years back, but specifically, when I try to update ZoneAlarm Spyware & AntiVirus, these settings come back even though they are nowhere in ZoneAlarm that I can find.
Anyone have any ideas?
