This is a great program! Very indepth and detailed.
One quick suggestion:
The ability to produce a log in a text file would be fantastic, as malware fighters are always asking for information when trying to remove malware, a log of all browser plugins, etc would be great. Obviously it would be cluttered with legit Microsoft entries, so a built-in whitelist for digitally signed Microsoft entries or default values for homepages, etc would make it even better :D
