I need some information about MS-Ramdrive and how I can remove it from my pc.

If you're talking about the old DOS ramdrive.sys, it'll be a line in your config.sys file along the lines of "device=c:\ramdrive.sys". Just delete the line from the file.

besides config.sys do a file search to find all files named Ramdrive.sys remove these files from the windows folder to another folder outside of the windows folder
