Learning Engine settings

Can someone explain the settings in the learning engine of Spam Monitor?

What are the ideal settings for:
Spam Detection Threshold %
Number of words to use in calculation
Number of Kilobytes to use in email processing

What effects do these settings have on the learning process?

Hi Norm,

The default settings are:

Threshold - 95%
Number of words – 19
Kilobytes - 15

If you lower threshold > more emails will be classified as spam,
lower word count > faster, higher chance of error,
lower size - faster, higher chance of error.

Your suite of applications have impressed me.

The SpyWare Doctor picked up dozens of problems that the other "big boys" missed and my computer is now running much better.

I have some customers that recieve thousands of spam emails every day and it is currently taking about 2 man hours a day to sort through them.

If this spam filter is as good as it appears it will pay for itself many times over.
