Port 119

When I attempt to access newsgroups in Outlook Express from my W2K workstation I get an error saying "Server could not be found". These newsgroups were all previously working fine? If I access the same newsgroups from any other workstation on our NT network, no problem. Here is some further detailed info that accompanies the initial message:
Configuration:
Account: forums.inprise.com
Server: forums.inprise.com
Protocol: NNTP
Port: 119
Secure(SSL): 0
Code: 800ccc0d
Has anyone experienced this problem before? P.S. It does not matter what account I login under - same result??

i would think maybe you should check the win2k machines individual port settings, as in, are u yourself disallowing the use of outgoing TCP port 119?

i think its in TCP/IP properties...
