Hi
Just updated to 3.0.3.0 and the custom rules for double extensions and screensavers have disappeared, as have all the browsers from the email/browsers section.
Is this normal?

I have not seen this before.
Can you see what files you have in the ~all users\app data\pc tools ... ?

There's plenty of stuff in "C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\PC Tools\ThreatFire". Screenshot attached (sorry it's not very big, I'll get another one)

Yup I see that there are files missing. Very strange.

These are the files that should be there.

That folder hasnt changed, even after updating to version 3.0.4.0 :(
Would a reinstall resolve this? (Have you updated the version on the website yet?)

Yes you can download 3.0.4 from the website. I really cannot explain what you see. Those files should not have even been touched, since non of the updates should affect that area.

Well I have to say that your server is increadibly slow! Downloading the new version at 4.9kB/s and this is on 2MB cable connection! :eek:

Just uninstalled and reinstalled from the freshly downloaded website version. The custom rules and browser processes are now back! :) Must be something to do with the updater, as I can't think why else it would happen. Anyway, I'm happy now!
