Threatfire won't open

I uninstalled Cyberhawk, downloaded and installed Threatfire Beta, and tried to open the new program. I get a brief hourglass, and nothing. Any suggestions, please?

Firstly to get a better picture of the issue, please tell us what system you are running?
What other security programs you are running?
Did you reboot after uninstalling Cyberhawk? (If prompted)
Did the install of ThreatFire finish?
etc...
