Do I need Antivirus software?

Non tech here, so bare with me; I recently uninstalled ZoneLab's Antivirus w/Firewall. I have a new firewall and I have ThreatFire Pro on my pc, but no other antivirus software; my question is do I need a antivirus program along with ThreatFire Pro? :confused:

ThreatFire in theory uses the same db as PC Tools AntiVirus, however we are still in BETA which means that we might not be so up-to-date.

I suggest at this time, until we go live, that you use an anti-virus. Perhaps try Sypware Doctor, which includes the anti virus and anti spyware dbs.
