Error Starting Program
The RUNDLL32.EXE file is linked to missing export Kernel32.DLL:Istrcp{A.
Please tell me how to correct this

That's very strange. Have you recently installed anything new?
I've seen these errors before but never with kernel32.dll.
Do a search for kernel32* and see what you get.
Can you get into Windows?

i have kernel32.dll in my windows/system folder

Check your version of Windows by right-clicking on My Computer and choose properties.
Then navigate to the kernel32.dll and right-click, choose the version tab and let me know what version it is.

its ok now,the problem seems to have gone.

My version eas MS Win 98 4.10.98 on both tabs
