I cannot use the features suggested for the proper Windows therefore submenú of the Bar of Tools all is incapacitated (in ash). How I can create new Bar of Tools if the New item Bar of Tools is incapacitated (it appears, but without contrast) as well as Initiating Quickly, and all submenú (Links, Address, Area of Work)? How much to create a folder with all the shortcuts and later transforming it into Bar of Tools, are a suggestion that I did not try. But if it is possible, then it would be necessary only to transform the folder Quick Launch into a Bar of Tools, therefore ela(a Quick Launch) exists and is there, in [ C:\WINDOWS\Application Data\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Quick Launch ] with all my shortcuts.
