Windows ME Help & Support Error

I keep getting this error message when I click on Help: The initialization of the Help Center failed. Please report the following error number to Microsoft Support: -2147143679. How can I get this fixed since Microsoft doesn't support Windows ME anymore and there isn't much on the Knowledge Base to help me correct this problem. Can somebody please help me out? Thanks a lot for your time and information.

Microsoft don't support it anymore, however their support articles and updates up until the time of support should still be available. It just means they won't spend anymore time and/or resources on continuing to keep things up to date...
