What is the "Denied" section for?

As far as I can see, TF now only offers options to allow or quarantine suspect files, not deny them. What is the "Denied" section in the Threat Control page for, then?

"Denied" is not being used in this version of the product.

The plan for a future update would be to modify the alert dialogs for Custom Rules only to show the choice to Allow or Deny, rather than Allow or Quarantine. You would also have the opportunity to check the "Remember this answer" box. In many cases for custom rules it just makes more sense to only "Deny" the action rather than "Quarantine" it.

In most other cases of ThreatFire alerts (non-custom rule), Allow or Quarantine should suffice.

Actually I was thinking about making that very suggestion myself regarding custom rules. Would turn TF into a very powerful and flexible tool indeed.
