Script for automating DHCP servers

Hello:
Could anyone help me in writing a script that I could run on my network that would automaticallt set the computers on my network to go to DHCP servers from static settings presently and cause them to obtain an IP address automatically. ALso with .reg files when information is being added to the computers registry it aske the user to make sure if he wants to add that information to the registry. is there a way to bypass that prompt?

Hi,
I have a script that works on win98 but I am having problems with NT.
The script I have produced Emails the old IP at the same time.
