LOL.
My screen says DB 5.07900, intelli 646.454 and up-dated yesterday (13th)?? Even got an 'update available' that I performed!
Might it be my 528 version?
Perhaps another 'counter' error?

Reodor, are you helping or hurting the situation playing with a recalled version of SD?;)

Hi Everyone,
The latest database version is 5.07920 and for v4 - 3.07920. We have not released any Smart Updates since friday as we released 2 updates on friday. There will be one available sometime today.

Note the text in the sticky:
IF You are.....UNINSTALL! It does NOT say:un-install and revert in general. This means the versions is not under general recall.
By this I'm conciddering myself running a 'leagal' version.
Then You may add:'if experiencing problems', but there are so many problems whichever version.
No, honestly it ought to help in the way that I report what is happening on a leagal running version! But if the company does not react and have it corrected by next up-date?
If the up-dates does not seem to work in any of the versions who is to blame?
A Chen says there have been no up-dates, I got a 'up-date available' flagging yeterday and clicked YES. The result is above.
I tried another 'Manual smart update' today: My version is 'Current' and 'up-dated'.
Sorry if You are getting confused, but the confusion is created by PC Tools, not me.

It says in this post to uninstall build 258 - http://www.pctools.com/forum/showthread.php?p=169109.
This is the reason I uninstalled the version, even though I preferred it over the 205. However, not dramas, 205 is still running nicely.

Sorry, A Chen.
Even a spasmic wood-pecker may not manage to get that version into my 528. It stays on 5.07900 no matter how much I try, my version is current and 'up to date'!!!

Hi Reodor,
In order to obtain the latest updates, you'll need to re-install SDv5.0.1.205 as build 258 is not the official version since we have rolled this back to 205.

A Chen:
Now I suggest You change Your 'sticky' on top and get your act together!
This half information/wrong information or whatever is given by PC Tools seems to be aimed at one thing: Create confusion and chaos.
This time You deeply disappoint me.
Suggest You get the update system working in a way so users with 'wrongly' installed versions may get an info in one way or the other and not just :Your version is current and updated!
Is there absolutely NO quality anywhere in this company?
