CHService.exe Application Error

Hi, in the last couple of days I've had this sign pop up. It goes on ' The exception unknown software exception (0x000000d) occurred in the application at location 0x7817ff28.'
Any idea of what this means someone, please?

Did this just randomly occur, or where you doing something with CH when this happened?

No, I was doing nothing with CH. Just now when it happened I was scrolling through Google Reader catching up on the news.

I get this behaviour on shutdown with 2 of my 3 machines (Win2000 and WinXP). The funny thing is that the machine that won't run SD5 (my main Windows 2000 machine) behaves almost perfectly with Cyberhawk, even running the rootkit scan to completion and it usually shuts down without complaint from Cyberhawk.
