Hi all.
Got a problem with Internet Explorer when logged under User (Restricted Users Group).
In first place I give to the User, Administrative Priviliges then I log under
that user set the IP of the Proxy Server (Tools/Connections/LAN Settings/Proxy Server), then I log off and login under Administrator, putting that User back in Restricted Users Group. Then log in back with that user and for a while it's ok, I have internet connection, maybe for several days but after a while the proxy IP is gone and users again don't have internet, why the IP is not saved once and for all ?!
The user doesn't have access to "Tools" Option so it can't change Proxy Settings (Security Issue).

(IMPORTANT) I must say that the user has only Read & Execute Permission on Disk C: and in regedit (HKCU, HKLM...). and for Cookies, History & Temporary Internet Files.

P.S.: And under Administrator sometimes the the IP of the Proxy Server is missing although I put it several days ago (but only when for a long time nobody stayed on internet).

So maybe somebody knows how to resolve my problem ?!

P.S.: OS: Windows 2000 Pro, IE ver.: 6.0.2800.1106 (SP1)

Waiting for reply, 10x in advance.
