Cyberhawk says KService.exe which is part of the Beta of BBC iPlayer is logging keystrokes. It only says it after it's been running about 10 minutes.

Does this definitely mean this is logging keystrokes or is a false positive possible?

Hi
This is possibly a false positive, although I'm not sure. If you have Cyberhawk Pro go to the advanced rules and configure a rule to ignore KService.exe

Actually what I said about starting after 10 minutes is wrong, it's random. It pops up every minute or so after a random time up to several hours until I get bored and tick remember this decision.

The KService is a FP. Allowing and remembering it is the easiest way to add KService to trusted list if you like.

How do you know?

What is KService.exe doing that looks like logging keys?

Hi
Its probably using a certain Global Hook that Cyberhawk doesn't like. As KService.exe is a known legitimate video streaming program I dont see there being any problem.
Hope that helps
