:mad: A few days ago I ran an update for Spyware Doctor v. 4.0. When the software relaunched I was informed that I was running a "Trial Version" and needed to register the product. My Spyware Doctor now says v. 4.0.0.2621 "not registered". When I try to register with my license number, the product will not register, and it tells me that I have an invalid license number.
I purchased SW 4.0 about 9 or 10 months ago. I have kept the product at version 4.0 because of the many documented problems with v. 5.0. I should have at least 2 months of valid licensed time left.
How do I reactivate my purchased product?
