IE Menu Items

I need to get rid of the following IE menu items

I have removed most of the ones I needed to remove so I can help anyone who needs with them



File/Work Offline
File/Send/Shortcut to desktop

View/explorer Bar/*.*
View/Privacy Report

Right I have got solutions to all apart from the following

View/explorer Bar/*.*

Which includes the following options

Search
Favorites
History
Folders
Tip of the day


If anybody needs any of the solutions I have found so far than just ask.
