Hi all,
My problem is worst than awesome1's one : setup end immediatly with a fatal error windows saying that "installation ended prematurely because of an error"
I already installed and used nearly all CH builds including the one that i was trying to reinstall (the last one)
Thanks for all the help you could give me to fix my issue

This would be best done in a support ticket ... but here is the support version for this problem. I hope it helps.
"This one is tricky because the error is so vague. It could be caused by a local msi is corrupt or damaged. What you can try is to delete any existing msi files from Cyberhawk. A couple other things you can try are running the Windows Installer cleanup utility and delete msi's that might be corrupt.
First, run the cleanup utility. You can get it from Microsoft, below is a link you can download it from. Its towards the bottom under 'More Information', says 'download windows installer...'
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/290301
When you click on the link a 'File Download' dialog box will pop up. Click Save to download the Msicuu2.exe file. Save to desktop and run the installation, you can choose the default settings when installing.
1. Download and install the Windows Installer Cleanup Utility.
2. Click Start, point to All Programs, and then click Windows Install Clean Up.
3. From the list of installed programs, click Cyberhawk, and then click Remove.
4. Click OK to confirm the removal, and then click Exit.
5. Restart your computer
6. Next you'll need to navigate to and delete the Cyberhawk installation folder.
7. right-click Start button > Run > type "explorer c:\" without quotes > OK
8. Navigate to Program Files and delete Novatix\cyberhawk, if present
Open Windows Explorer by right-clicking Start button > Explorer; navigate to: > C:\Program Files\Common files\Wise installation Wizard
Move your cursor over the listed files and look for the Cyberhawk Wise Packages and delete them."

Sorry to hear that. I hope you are not re-installing Windows because of CH.
I will inquire our support team to see if they have another solution for you.
