viewing hstory

I am having a problem viewing my history. I click on history, by date, page visited, right click to expand, and then properties and it shows current time and date for last visited instead of the actual time and date visited. For example on 7/26/07 at 3:00pm I visit a site, and on 7/27/07 at 7:00am I look at my history, and It will tell me I last visited that site at 7:00am on 7/27/07. So far help on this issue is just a throat slit away.
