Regarding SD and RM licenses becoming invalid, if you are still experiencing this issue, please PM me your license code or order number and I'll fix this for you.
Apologies for the inconvenience.

All my SD + RM registration are FINE! Its the Cyberhawk Pro which I was offered free for being a license holder with other PC Tools products. I was emailed the reg code for Cyberhawk Pro but it fails registration.

We are not seeing a problem on our side, since we still see people successfully registering.
Generally this is related to is a typo in entering the key or a local firewall blocking the communication. Try to cut and paste from the email receipt.
Are you in a Enterprise environment? If you are at work or another place that would have a end point hardware firewall, this can be blocking the communication as well.
If you have a local software firewall I would suggest you temporarily disable (you might want to temporarily activate windows fw while you do this) while you activate the code or add Cyberhawk to the trusted app list. The Cyberhawk services you'll want to be trusted are CHService.exe, CHGUI.exe, and CHTray.exe.
Are you seeing your Secure Community numbers, on the Security Status tab when you first open Cyberhawk, able to come through. The Events Analyzed number should be huge like 882,435,353,155. If they are the same as the top numbers, which represent your own pc's numbers, then its definitely a communication problem. Something is blocking Cyberhawk from phoning home.
Let me know if you're still have trouble.
