I have activated an account, it shows my licance and one support use. But it says” You do not have any licenses yet" which is odd as under my orders it list my licence. It it doesn't know I have a licance I take it there will be no notification of updates (to 4.1 as I'm not risking 5 again). Could the way MyAccount has been setup/working be linked to how well 5 has gone?

I just noticed I am told, though an "order" is shown, that "You have not purchased any PC Tools products". Yes its in the tradition of version 5.

It go's on if you want to consolidate an order made using another e-mail address an e-mail is sent to that address, not very useful if its an old address

Hi John7,

For clarification, it doesn't matter which versions you have installed as both version 4 and version 5 use the same license code and the option is there for the user.

Regarding MyAccount not displaying your license codes, it appears that the email address you have signed in with is not the same as the one you have used to purchase, this is why our database cannot locate your license code. In order to resolve this, could you please PM me your old and current email address and I'll follow this up.
