Win98 Network

I have a Dell Inspiron 3800 (Win 98 SE installed) with Advanced Port Replicator. I am trying to connect the laptop to our Netware and Win NT servers, however; the logon prompt does not come up when the computer is booted up. I have deleted and reinstalled the networking components to no avail. If I double-click on the Netware-mapped drive, it will prompt for logon, but the computer does not see the Win NT servers at all. Any suggestions?
