Inatllshield - Professional folder - installation problems

Hi. I have been told that, in order to install certain programmes (and especially my anti-viral programmes) I must rename the 'Professional' folder in Installshield to something like 'Profess_'.

Unfortunately, during installshield operation, a new folder called 'Professional' is automatically added and the installation fails.

Help?i recommend you totally uninstall the programs and reinstall

could you give me some more info about what programs are involved and also who gave you that advice (was it the support for the programs, if you could give me a link to the advice if it's on a website)

also you might want to try installing in safemode
