Reversing the Bookmark List

The list is backwards because the frequently used ones you put in first should
stay at the top. Can anything be done about this?

Open Favorites using the Menu bar Favorites, NOT the Favorites icon on the Toolbar. Right-click any Folder and choose Sort by Name. Open any Folder and do the same on the shortcuts listed.

The only way I've found to be foolproof to keep the most frequently used icons at the top of the list is to rename each one and add the tilde ~ to the beginning of the name.
