Hello,
I have a PC with NT4.0 Wkstn and when anyone without admin privileges logs in, they are unable to move icons on the desktop, or drag/drop or cut/paste files within Explorer. The PC is on a TCP/IP network under a NT domain. Any ideas on what causes this behavior. Thanks a bunch
