Recycle Bin

Using PG, version 4.1.0.35, with Vista and it cleans the Recycle Bin.:)

Hi socrfan,

We have just released a new version, Privacy Guardian 4.1.0.37. In order to install this version, you'll need to reinstall PG.

Please download Privacy Guard from here (http://www.pctools.com/privacy-guardian/).

The issue with the recycle has not yet been resolved. As a workaround, you may want to add the Recycler folder into the Clean Custom Items section, please go to Privacy Guardian > Clean Now > Expand Clean Custom Items > 'Click here to start Custom Clean Wizard' > Enter a name > Check 'Folders for Cleaning’ > Navigate to the folder located in C:\Recycler > Check Include subfolders > Check 'Change default masks' - Ensure the text box is empty and does not display '*.*' > Add.

Now perform the clean with Privacy Guardian, the recycle bin should now be cleaned by Privacy Guardian.

Thanks for the update Anthony and I will try it out but version 4.1.0.35 was cleaning out the Recycle Bin for me without any problems.
