.reg files problem!!!

Hi!

I somehow lost my configuration of .REG key "open with".
So, when I have some *.reg files, and I try to execute them this file
it open by NOTEPAD ???

Left click on it once so it is highlighted.....
Then hold the shift key and right click.. Select open with......it will bring the screen up to select a program.
make sure the box is checked and select regedit
