I have IE7 installed and it suddenly would not open in a window. I uninstalled and reinstalled and when I double click the icon I get the IE on the bar across the bottom of my screen/desktop but when I click on that it zooms up to the right corner but IE7 does not open in a window, I still only see my desk top. The same thing happens with Windows Medial Player 11. Help.
