In the PC Tools Cyberhawk welcome sticky, AChen writes, "we’re very pleased to offer a FREE license of Cyberhawk Pro to any current PC Tools customers".

My question is, does this offer also apply to new PC Tools customers?

For instance, if I were to purchase Registry Mechanic tomorrow, would I then be considered to be a current customer, and thus be eligible for the FREE Cyberhawk Pro license?

If so, that is a pretty good deal.

Please advise! Thank you.

I have a question about the free offer as well.
After one fills out the form and it says a key will be e-mailed to you, how long does it take to get the key?
Thanks in advance!! :)

I never did apply for the free license.

CyberHawk just didn't work out for me for whatever reason, but I can't say anything bad about tech support's efforts to help, and I plan to keep an eye on future builds in case my issues get ironed out.

Good luck.

You have a fifteen day trial, but even though my trial was up a long time ago and I had uninstalled CH, after getting a free license recently I installed the free version and entered the key and it worked, so hopefully when you get the key you should be ok.

Hi 337--

Please PM me with your name and email address and I'll look in to this for you.

Typically "missing" codes are due to spam or junk email folders intercepting the emails so they never arrive your in box. The domain that the emails are sent from is "novatix.com" so if you can add that to your whitelist or allowed senders list, then that will help ensure delivery of your registration code.

Regardless, just forward me your details and I'll track down your code and send it back to you via return PM (so there's no email involved).
