Hi,

Recently, I have noticed searches such as "sex in burbank, ca" or "sexy girl in 07102", or "sexy indian in 07102" have made. These searches appear in the google search bar in internet explorer. Also, in the history I see things such as "craigseroticlist", 'vida guerrasbut", "adultfriendfinder", and other sex service websites.

And how did the area codes and city names appear without my ever typing them? I live in area code 07102, so maybe its a virus. But how did the burbank searches appear?

I have never searched for this things and I am the only one who has access to this computer. I though it was some type of malware/spyware/virus, so i used many different types of removal program and nothing seems to work.

Any help/advice would be much appreciated.

Thanks

You've either been infected by some malware or have visited a site containing malware. The program checks your IP address, checks where the address is registered and finds your geographical location. Using this information, it updates your registry, adding IE history links to sites somebody wants advertised.

Solution: Run Ad-aware (www.lavasoftusa.com) or something similar to clean up your PC.
