As a PC Tools customer, I requested a free license for Cyberhawk Pro but I have not been able to register using the code that I received. The code appears to be 4 characters too long - as this code contains 4 dashes, I have tried deleting them but it still fails to register. My 15 day trial ends in 5 days so I would welcome some help in registering for continued use of the Pro version. Thanks.
