Hey guys, have you tried any new features in Vista, what do you like the most and what do you hate. Have you given a try to Vista Search, what do you think about it. I have a Vista in my Home, but at work, we are still using Windows 2000. Are you guys also still using older versions of Windows at work, any sense on when will they upgrade. Greatly appreciate your thoughts - Mark Smith
Hi Mark
It's difficult to say what I like best about Vista. I just think it is a great OS which looks so much better than any of its predecessors.
Two things that I have found useful is the Search in the Start menu, and the speech recognition program.
At work we use Win XP.

We are mainly using Windows XP at work, a few of us are testing Vista Business but we will not deploy Vista to the users until at least SP1 has been released (this will be a major update including Kernel update).
I'm happy with Windows XP for the timebeing...

Hi,
I've installed Vista and I'm amazed :)
I love the Aero theme with the tranparent windows, the Flip3D is also great ...
I'm enjoying Vista very much!!!

i think that vista is okay -- it just takes some time getting used to just like it did with XP -- the most annoying thing that i have found is teh tool tips pop ups and the way it always for clearance to intsall something or run a particular program. but in time i will get used to it.
i have vista on my lappy and XP on the desktop -- so that way i can always go back. my lappy came with it preinstalled.
