<font color=blue> At work I use a webramp to connect to the internet, when I connect on average I get a speed of 53Kb/s, but when I go home and try to dial into the webramp, all I get is 26.4Kb/s, and that just isn't cutting it.

Any help will be highly appreciated. </font color=blue>

Q: are you sure that quality of service of your phone company is the same from home to webramp as from your office to webramp?
