use Internet Options > Security tab, place all allowed sites either in Intranet or Trusted categories, deny all other categories by config options, and then of course inhibit users access to the Security tab in the Internet Options.

RWSchlatter, Can you please explain 'deny all other categories by config options'. I am not able to do so since I don't know what config options you are talking about. Please clarify.
