License email request

I purchased the license for desktop mechanic yesterday and wasnt able to write the license number before my system froze. I have requested an email with the number 3x from support and have yet to get a response. Does anybody have a suggestion on how to get through to support?

If you are having problems with emails from support you might want to try checking your spam folder to make sure your havent had them marked as spam by accident and if they arnt there perhaps phone support might work for you better. The number for support is 1-800-764-5783 in the US. If they can't get the code to you via email they should be able to give it to you over the phone
