Spyware Doctor Just keeps popping up?

I keep having this problem with spyware doctor version 5.0.0.185 where when I open Windows Explorer "Spyware doctors program opens", not only that but anytime I click on a hyperlink or link to another site the Spyware Doctor program opens and I have to exit it to continue what I am doing without it being right there in my screen. What can I do to stop this? Short of uninstalling the program? It doesn't happen if I select a website from favorites, it only happens when I click on a hyperlink to go to another area on the net. Also I have completally dissable'd onguard protection because it was slowing my computer down for one, and second I thought that might be the problem but it wasn't. Thankyou for this forum and your time.

have you try reinstalling SD? because I don't think that SD 5 got that option (unlike SD 4 that can open you open IE)

try keeping it open and drag it mostly off the edge of the screen

Thankyou! I re-installed the program and it fixed it. One thing I might add though that I done different this time when installing is that I didn't select the option to add Spyware Doctor to Quick launch. Anyway I don't know that it would have mattered.

I don't know why I didn't think of re-installing the program, I tell people that all the time, I guess I haven't had to do that in so long I forget about it myself.

Thank you for the reply, I got the problem fixed now by re-installing the program. But that's something to think about if I ever run into that problem again.
