Rumour: add a BCC with your own address.
May depend on the mailer but J was once told that when replies and forwarding is done, the BCC list will also receive copies (and the BCC will be retained).
Potential danger: when used with mailing lists, a snowball effect may develop and your mailbox may get flooded.
The other solution is works partially with MS mailers Outlook and Outlook express: send HTML-formatted mail and include some scripting to contact a (your) web host. Will only work if scripting is not disabled at the client side as recommended by MS after recent disasters (J love you !).
