<font color=blue> Ok when you open windows sound recorder, the default recording time is 60seconds, is there another way to make that more without actually recoding silence near to the end then clicking record again. </font color=blue>

Maybe record silence the length you want then record back over it?

<font color=blue> Yeah thats the way I do it, but isn't there like an easier way to do it, for example can't i just type in say 10mins. </font color=blue>
