While I really hope your products reach the levels of success they once were at, I had to give it up. My customers (I run a PC repair and upgrade business), were having to many problems with your product which I had been recommending for years. I will not say what choice I made or recommended, as this is not to slander you in any way but to add insult to injury I was told I was going to be automatically charged for another year as my subscription was running out and would be debited for it. I canceled without problem, but thats way too nervy for a company that's already alienated many loyal customers.

Auto renew! This is one business practice that limits trust in pctools. When you purchase security software it involves trust. I think pctools needs to look in a new direction if they want to endure in the TRUST industry.
