Who should we contact for a refund regarding this product? We were faithful users and have 100 user licenses for this product. The problems started with v3x where we received complaints of very slow booting computers. It seemed to get worse with v4. Now with v5 all of the computers are getting BSOD. We have removed the product from all of the computers on site. We would like a full refund for this product! The product is completely worthless at this point and cannot be used. Please PM me with information on who to contact regarding the refund. Also, our emails directly to your company have been ignored to this point, why?

What Operating system are you running? and are you using any other security software? Did you install the AV plugin when you installed V5? Have you tried version 4.1 or are you running version 4.0?

Version 4.1 should not cause any major slowdowns. I have several machines running version 4.1, some on Vista and some with XP and all run with no problems. With v4.0, this use to have a splash screen that would not go away for several minutes, but this has been fixed in v4.1. Happy about that. I also have a few computers running version 5 without any problems. I hear users are getting BSOD's due to other security programs conflicting with SD and looks like these issues are still being worked on. This is why I uninstalled ZA on a few of my machines and installed the AV plugin on those machines with SDv5 installed. Its running great so far without any major issues.

Hey, I ran 4 different real time protection programs on my machine at once for quite a while with absolutely no problems at all and SD5 was one of them. So I really don't think SD is responsible for all the knives being thrown at it. I still say many of the problems are system specific. Instead of jumping on PCTools it's time to look at your computer itself for the answers.

Please note that we are not bashing this product in any way. We are only using this forum to try to communicate with the company as they seem to be ignoring our emails and they do not answer the phone. Just to clarify, we have used this product since version 3.1 and it was installed on almost 100 computers. We have had so many problems with the product that we have decided that it would need to be removed from all the computers. This may not be the case with your computers and we are happy that you have had good luck with their product, we have not. The software vendor has acknowledged here and other places that there are several issues with this product. At this point, because this product is worthless to us, we are demanding our money back, we see no other option. We just can't seem to get in touch with anyone from the company. Hopefully they will respond to this forum.

grnmchn, I find it hard to believe that you don't hear anything at all from a company that you or your company purchased 100 +/- licenses from. You have options like "live-help online" as well as the support page, and e-mail addresses. Also you could PM the support people here, etc...

I know that if I need to for my company, or personal need, one can contact the people you need to get what you want.

Sorry to be suspicious.

Danjam I want to make it clear here that we have sent emails to the company with no response and have called the company and no one answers. This appears to be a company with very poor customer service.
