hi
i know i already have wrote similar words but .. give me the right to write more few lines
why this company is so great?
first of all let me say again i am very HAPPY as PCTOOLS customer,I will write some reason for this:
-the pctools softwares (use SDV5 and PCTOOLS firewall) working so fine in my system
-the SUPPORT TEAM answers my doubt clearly and always have solved SOLVED all of the problems i have(thanks again to Anthony (Achen)
-this company provides the best customer support that I already have see
-many other companies just released a product and simply dont care with their customers, pctools always works to solve (and it solves in fact)the problems
so i have no doubts I chose the best company of the world to take care of the safety of my computer
also i would again to say thanks to mjq424 and all the people who have helped me to solve my problems, and don't forget will be always a pleasure to help when it is possible
PCTOOLS:
i think this company deserves and will always deserve golden medals
thank you

Could You please stop this 'Golden Medal' seremonies!
Greate that You are happy, but please realise that had everybody been in Your situation this board would not excist. PC Tools (SD) would not get 6 of 10 in Cnet editor ranking, and 3 in user ranking. SD would long time ago have been 'certified', company ethics and renewal policies would have been to acceptable standards world wide of today. And perhaps this forum had been part of the support section and not thrown out in the back yard!
Read the sticky's on top, read the problems posted, read the 'good byes''s'.
The ones still hanging on to the SD5 disaster are the ones deserving 'medals', not the company!

I think everyone here knows how you feel. Despite all the problems so many others have with SD. Have you no empathy for those who suffer. Please reconsider and read in this forum the statments of so many who suffer with SD. Perhaps those who suffer should just go away and this could be a happy social forum.

Are you the spelling police today WarrenG? I think ideas are important and I dont care about spelling as long as the ideas are clear.

Ideas are important, however show me an idea in this thread? All I see is someone expressing their gratitude towards the software and company.....an opinion and someone retaliating saying you cant do it. "Stop with the medal ceremonies" - he is allowed to voice his joy, if you dont like it, leave the thread...its very simple, don't just say "stop doing it".

I support freedom of speech. Reodor didnt ask anyone to leave the forum. People can post as they like but its also OK to disagree. I dont think its polite to laugh at anyone and post as much here. BTW english is my first language and my spelling is terrible. I pitty anyone studying english.

I apologize for nitpicking at the spelling, my intention was that its not needed to tell someone not to feel so happy about SD. He is not disagreeing, he is saying to stop it. They are two different concepts.
I just wanted to know how reodor feels when he gets nitpicked about something that I could of left alone, but decided to make a point. It's not needed so dont reply. Vecchio can say what he wants you cant make him think like you.
Lets just let him be happy, I know that everyone else in this thread isn't so why don't you start your own threads about how you feel PC Tools shouldn't get any medals and you can agree and feed off eachother.

vecchio, you can post anything the moderators allow here. Please remember many may disagree with your opinion. Mostly those of us who still have problems. Walk a mile in our shoes and you may feel differently. I have seen no post asking you to leave this forum. I have seen no one who may disagree with you laugh at your posts

WarrenG,
yes i have wrote a very similar thread before and maybe it was not necessary a new thread for the comments that I write today here.
my intention is just put my opinion more clearly as possible and also the other thread seems to have lost the point. but I will be careful for not writing so simillar threads.
however I cannot accept somebody telling me for not expressing my ideas
thank you

notE .
I respect and I can perfectly understand the fact of many people not agree with me since for some users, the software doesn't work, for these people just an advice, let the support work and then all of the problems will be resolved and all these people will be happy like me

Please try to understand vecchio, it is pctools that many people disagree with. What they have done to the unsuspecting consumer is terrible. Then to ask the same consumer to help is very bad. All this has been stated in many posts on this forum. I think it is pctools who should fix this program not the consumer. If you could find some time I advise rereading and you may see things in a new light.

If you re-read the threads, you will see the progress of how the company has made mistakes and trying their best to fix the issues and to date, they have done a remarkable job so far. :D and still continue to do so and a little bit of support along the way will not hurt, but help the company get there.

Are we supposed to help the company? Then they better send me a paycheck and not me paying them!;)
