Unlocking the NT4 server/Workstation

I am the Aministrator of one NT server.I normally lock the server with Administrator account.Backup operators take the backup in the evening when I am not in the office.How can Backup operator unlock that Server with operators previleges.

J don't have NT4 anymore so my suggestion may not be accurate: J remember (but don't know anymore exactly where) to have seen a list of attributes, that are given to the user groups. J believe there was also an Advanced button to get to the very deepest level. J think that the feature of unlocking a workstation was such an attribute. If you can find it, set it also for Backup Operators.
J am now very unsure about this attribute, J just tried to find it on Win2K but no chance.
