I installed the new Windows- and Internet Explorer on my NT. Now all the Shortcut-Icons are overwritten by a big Explorer-Icon. What to do?

If you have Tweak UI for NT run the Repair Icons tool under the Repair tab. If not, you can try removing the hidden "ShellIconCache" file if NT has one of those. Notice I said REMOVING, as in move to a disk, not DELETE as in shoot yourself in the head. After you have it on a disk then delete the fiole from your drive and reboot. I've heard of thid happening with Win98 but not NT. Make sure you don't have some cross-OS file contaminaton.
